Defective or Damaged Items OnlyIf you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the issue for approval. We may also request photos.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. A refund or replacement will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
