RETURN / REFUND

We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

We Have Customer Friendly 4 Days No Question Asked Easy Return Policy and believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction ( Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size/standard ready to wear size Products)

Any complaint with regards to the Return should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange or refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for Return and exchange.

Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel.

Tapee has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self  through ANY COURIER COMPANY

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Tapee allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly check the terms of the cancellation. 

If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. 

Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.

Customized orders are not accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, it is only valid for prepaid orders.

In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 5 working days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 5 working days of cancellation you can reach us at tapeecustomercare@gmail.com.

EXCHANGE

Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for Return and exchange.

We may ask you to send the real image of the received product for quality checking of the product.

Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel.

regards to international orders(delivered outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of any product.
