We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please review our updated return policy prior to making a purchase.
Key Policy Updates:

Returns are now accepted only for defective or damaged products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, fit, or color for standard or custom-sized items.

A package opening video is mandatory for initiating any return request.
How to Initiate a Return (Damaged/Defective Items Only):

Report Immediately: Any issue concerning product damage or defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Provide Video Evidence: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened and the defect/damage being discovered. This video is essential for review and approval of your return request.

Contact Us: Please contact us at tapeecustomercare@gmail.com with your order ID and the supporting video to report the issue.
Return Process & Conditions:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse address.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact are eligible for return.

Please mention your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the return parcel.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product at our warehouse, we will process a refund or replacement.
Important Notes:

Returns or exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Customized orders and standard ready-to-wear items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

For international orders (delivered outside India), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order provided it is done within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have moved to "Shipped" status cannot be canceled.

Customized orders are not accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be prepaid.

If you cancel before the order is shipped, a refund will be issued within 5 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us at tapeecustomercare@gmail.com.
EXCHANGE

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective products and are permitted once per order, subject to the conditions and process outlined above.
