We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or fit preference. This applies to all products.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the issue for approval. We may also request photos.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. A refund or replacement will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Item must be unused, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
• Only one return request per order.
• Customer covers return shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Include your name, contact, email, and order ID on the parcel.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 days under normal conditions.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Customized orders require prepayment (no COD). Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped outside India.
